“I have purchased a refrigerator, a washer and a dryer from Karl's since 2022. Today I received delivery of a new dishwasher. Zach was Karl's installer/technician and he went above and beyond what one would normally expect. He took out the old unit, of course, but because my house was built in 1958, there were some issues in the space where the new machine would go. During Zach's first visit, he advised me that some plumbing repairs were necessary. I got them fixed. Other problems, like dirt, debris, and a funky floor beneath the unit had me worried, at first, but Zach worked some kind of magic to make everything fit and operate perfectly. He vacuumed all the debris! I'm extremely pleased with Karl's and very impressed with Zach's courtesy, patience, professionalism and competence. Karl's other installers were very good, too, but they didn't have the obstacles to overcome that Zach handled so well. The refrigerator and washer and dryer just rolled in, and the old ones were taken away. Thanks again, Zach!”
