Worst service I’ve ever dealt with. Verizon is not elder friendly. The stores just have to call out to customer service. Wait time for customer service is at least 20-30 minutes. I’ve probably called 30 times to resolve the same issue, but can’t get anywhere. They are charging an expense for a phone that was returned at their store in August, but still can’t find the phone (it was my late dads) and can’t do anything about it since they “can’t send a verification code” since it’s in their hands. Ridiculous I do not recommend to anyone.

BEYOND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give them less than 1 star I would in a heartbeat. All we wanted to do was switch 1 phone number from my business account to my moms account. Over 6 hours later and we still had to go with a different carrier because all they were worried about In store is trying to sell us other phones, wifi routers, etc. Now, somehow, even though the phone number and phone no longer belong to Verizon they are still trying to charge my account and of course you can't get ahold of anyone at the store.The best help they offered was to have me call a number and sit on my phone, in the store, for over 2 hours while the business manager walked by and asked "how's it goin" which was as much help as we got out of anyone.Do not recommend nor will I ever recommend this store and that's based off 100% terrible customer service.

They don't guarantee service mine went out for two day when I was waiting for Surgeons to schedule my open heart surgery.They sent me some kind of disclaimer that said they don't guarantee service

Bad customer service no help at all we stopped in to get apps transferred on a new phone for work we was passing through all thay would say is I go to charge u after we just bought the phone from Verizon in Wyoming poor customer service don't stop ther if u need help with your phone

I really really loved the services and the staff was informative about the watch I got and I absolutely love it with my upgrade I got got it for under $40 that’s that’s taxes and it’s an extra line so it works even if your phone dies the Apple Watch 8 is amazing!

This place gets it done right .Great help . More than likely if you had a bad experience with them I would hate to know how you treated them. Be patient and respectful and you will get nothing but the best from them

I had very difficult issue and I went to 3 or 4 different stores and nobody solve my problem, but here, thanks God, I found Linda, who spent for me about 4 hours and solve my problem! The best store and the best merchants!!! Verizon, double their salaries! They are the only reason I have not changed my mobile operator!

We switched from Viaero back to Verizon where the customer service and phone service so much better. Mary goes above and beyond to answer our questions and help us with our needs!! I recommend the Verizon store near district 177

AAA+ Service my wife and I received from Ms Logan. On Aug 10th. we went to the Verizon store To return a free flip phone sent to us from Verizon ( an upgrade from 3G to 5G ). Logan helped us with this, then explained our options for a smart phone upgrade associated with our current Verizon service plans. We selected an I phone SE . We were not able to transfer contacts from the OLD to the NEW phone that day. So we will be back for the new phone next week. Thank You Logan for all your patient with helping an Older couple.
