No one in the store except an old guy on his phone sitting at the register oblivious to everything. I needed a chain saw chin unlocked, but that helpful guy must be on vacation, just a lazy guy putting in hours. Sale lost.

Looking for very specific threaded large nut. Had been to everywhere else and nobody else had them. Westlake staff was super helpful, found multiple for me and right before closing at that.

Needed some bolts. Spent a couple minutes looking on my own. Salesperson asked if I needed help right away and knew right where what I needed was.
Separate visit today.. always super helpful. Sometimes it's worth paying a little extra just because you get personal attention that you can't find in the bigger diy stores.

O stars...Bad customer service and rude manger. I went to return a screening repair kit that I never used but had misplaced my receipt. It was $10. I rarely shop at a hardware store. The manager was so rude and insisted that I only get an in store voucher. I even pulled the transaction up on my bank app for them to just put it back on my card. He said "no that's not a receipt." I told him John in the back who does the repairs told me I could get a refund he remembered me from buying it" he stated "well I'm his boss so I said you can't without a receipt." I told him its only like $10 and I rarely come to a hardware store to buy anything." Made no difference he was just very disrespectful. Very argumentative, superiority complex, rude and terrible attitude. He turned his back on me and walked away after he told the young man " get her the credit so she can hurry up and get out of here." NEVER EVER WILL I COME HERE AGAIN. I went to the back to get the screenI had brought in for repair and the girl with the blue hair found it for me and told me no charge. I even talked to her about Roman who used to work there and was friends with my son...But by this time that did not make up for that managers attitude. I live way out west and chose to come here because I used to live in the area. But never again I will just shop at the one out in my area...
