Westlake Ace Hardware is known as a helpful local store with a great selection of hardware, tools, BBQ supplies, and garden items. The staff is consistently described as super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, offering personal attention that bigger stores often lack. Customers appreciate that employees quickly assist in finding specific items like bolts, nuts, and screws, even right before closing. The store provides quality products, including a great array of BBQ rubs, sauces, charcoal, and wood, alongside a well-regarded paint department. Specialized services, such as window and screen repair, are also noted as top-notch. While shop local membership offers additional discounts, the overall value comes from the helpful service and the ability to find specific items that other stores do not carry.
This is my go-to to have keys made. They are still perfectly reasonable. The customer service is amazing. Their assistant manager is an absolute doll. If you guys ever lose her I hope to pick her up at my hotel.
