Aloft is my favorite hotel here in Omaha. The employees are fantastic at both locations. The bartended is a bit lazy and has a bad attitude at the Omaha West location, but other than her, everyone is absolutely amazing!

Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly.Close to our event.However their bar was severely understocked and the gal who wasWorking the bar said it has been that way for awhile.We were there for a concert as were several others and they had nothingTo make drinks with. That’s just bad management period.

Charged us for a room we never stayed in. Would not work with us. Stole $1600. I will never stay at another Aloft again.
