“A canceled flight had us scrambling to find a place to stay for the night in Omaha. Sam and the rest of the staff at The Farnam went above and beyond to make us feel loved and welcome. The room was spectacular and the staff were amazing and friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying there in the future.”

“Time of year was New Years weekend 12/31/2023. We were in town for a wedding. We are giving 3 stars for the rooms because the pillows suck! They are too soft. A 5 star hotel would offer one firm pillow and one soft pillow. Now for the 5 star reasons……The folks at the front desk are friendly, quick, and efficient.Complimentary “Gourmet” coffee offerings in the morning. The girls in the coffee shop are very friendly and act as an unofficial concierge with plenty of recommendations in the area.I wish I could name all of the valet folks aside from CJ and Maria, but management knows who they are. They all busted their butts this New Years weekend, and we were thoroughly impressed with how quickly they could get us in and out.We will certainly return to this hotel the next time we are in town.Walkability: Since the hotel is located in Midtown, you can walk to a few restaurants and bars in 15 minutes or less. Safe sidewalks.Food & drinks: We had a late night dessert from the restaurant and would recommend not having them reheated in the oven. They came out a little crispy on the bottom; otherwise, they were really good chocolate chip cookies.”

The rooms are so comfy, clean, and home away from home feeling.Rooms: Clean, comfy, and quietSafety: Very safe and quietFood & drinks: Starbucks , Jersey Mike's, and Hokkaido Ramen House are literally right next to the hotel. Huge plus”

“This place was super super cute, very good vibes for a girls trip! The staff was friendly and greeted us upon entry. It was a little pricey but definitely worth it! It is in a safe neighborhood but a little too far to walk to the Old Market (about 1 mile). We walked one morning but decided to Uber back at night since it was dark and cold. The Uber was only about $7 so it was worth the ride versus the 25ish minute walk without good scenery, for us anyways!”

“BEST BREAKFAST I've had in a hotel since before the pandemic! Well done! The room was also nice and clean, with great blackout curtains. I'm very happy I stayed here.Rooms: The room is clean and modern.Safety: The elevator requires a keycard to access.Food & drinks: The breakfast was AMAZING.”

“We stayed at the CANDLEWOOD Suites for the week long lung transplant evaluation process. The room, laundry facilities and gym were perfect but the best part of the stay was CJ at the front desk. She was so helpful in checking in and with several other issues not related to the hotel. She is a great reason to stay at the CANDLEWOOD Suites.”

“I stayed for the first time at a staybridge suites and I was really impressed! Enough so that I felt a review was appropriate! The bed was very comfortable, there was a tub and shower combo (which seems hard to find these days), the gym was clean and well equipped (except missing the 20# dumbbells for some reason) and the breakfast was extensive and exceeded my expectations! I will be seeking out a staybridge for a future stay! Thanks for the wonderful service!”

“The hotel is in a great location and was very clean and comfy. Especially want to give a shout out to Carissa (spelling?). Had an early flight and didn’t realize I lost my Diamond pendant necklace until I reached the airport. Carissa was able to find it on the lobby floor and had it shipped to my home. It was an expensive necklace and anyone could have picked it up and easily kept it. I am so appreciative of her honesty in making sure I got my necklace back.”

“Kristine, director of sales, was AMAZING to work with! I did not get a reservation done for a group block in time, and she was able to get me a reservation after the expiration date for reserving within the group block. I appreciate excellent customer service and that is exactly what she provided me with!***** for Kristine!”

“Recently stayed here for March Madness & the hotel was beautiful. It was in close proximity to a lot of restaurants and walking distance from a dollar general. If you’re in town for the an event at the Chi Health Center, the hotel is a 20+ minute walk but could easily be uber or driven to. Very respectful and welcoming staff from my experience especially with our group being as large as it was. Aside from the wifi not working the best on my phone, I had no complaints.Rooms: We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds. The layout was nice and I absolutely loved the bathroom. The room has the common amenities expected in a hotel room with a desk for working as well as a mini fridge. I don’t think there was a microwave, but I don’t think I simply didn’t see it.Walkability: There’s many places within walking distance of the hotel. If you don’t mind it, you can really save on Uber and parking by walking around the city.Food & drinks: Some of the spots I wanted to try, especially for breakfast weren’t the best walkable places to go to despite being a mile away. There was a bakery spot that some of the ladies really enjoyed but it wasn’t my cup of tea. If you’re just looking for a small bite and coffee you’ll have no issues. For lunch/dinner you’ll be close to spots like doozy and pepperjax being about a 6 minute walk away. If you’re looking to possible save on eating out, there’s a dollar general located some blocks down from the hotel.”

“Everything was fine except a few things. 1. Exhaust fan in bathroom is non-functioning. 2. There was hair on floor around toilet and in shower. 3. Your floors are very dirty in the bathroom.”

“The staff at this location is one of the friendliest staffs we've ever experienced. The fact that they showed interest in my children and their athletic endeavors speaks volumes to the quality of personnel that this location employs.Noteworthy details: Amazing staff beginning with Whitney!!!”

“I am super impressed. It’s sad that a lot of the reviews are old. I believe it’s probably under new management. My room is great. It’s quiet and I needed a room on the bottom floor which they did what they could to get me one and I am so thankful for that. I am a huge fan of Motel 6 because they allow animals. I’m traveling with a cat and a dog and it’s not easy and as long as you are respectful with your animals, then you never have a problem at Motel 6. I bring my own blankets I cover the bed I don’t let hair go anywhere I clean up after myself, I’m quiet and peaceful so a huge shout out to this place if you’re in the area or driving through stop here it’s a nice relaxing stay and I guess Walmart is actually right down the road which is even betterRooms: It was simple and just what I needed”

“Was in town for a funeral. We came back from visiting family all day and our keys didn't work. My stay was supposed to be until the next day. I went to the front counter and no one was there. There was another couple there waiting to check in and some other guests waiting to ask a question. The man waiting to check in called the desk no one came up to answer the phone. I yelled to the back several times and no one came. I went around to the employee entrance that was not locked and started knocking on doors. I knocked and after 3 or 4 times a kid with ear pods in came out and yelled at me for being in the employee area. He said you can call and yell that he was listening for the phone and noise. He obviously was not. Yelled at me again in front of the other guests before helping me with my key. Bad service. Don't hire teenagers that can't be responsible and wear ear pods who can't hear anything going on when he was in the back talking on the phone. Also two days in a row our beds were not made and no fresh towels were brought.Nearby activities: Great value for the price bad service”

“Rooms are remodeled and well made, but they were not the cleanest. We found a bra on top of the closet and there were handprints all over the headboards ?, and I think they skip the mirrors too. Staff was polite, and helpful. If housekeeping would make sure to clean the rooms a little better it would be a 5 star!”

“Had an absolutely wonderful stay at this downtown location. The staff was incredible and I thought they were very accommodating, friendly and always seemed to be informed about the surrounding area and various events going on.I stayed here for over a month and I'm very happy with choosing this location. The lady that serviced my room was also amazing and I really like that she paid such detail with servicing my room and always very respectful of my personal items.I really liked their outside sitting area in the back with the grill, fireplace and beautiful view. Even though it is in the middle of downtown Omaha, when you are sitting in the back area it is very tranquil and peaceful.”

“The room is AWESOME!!! It smells like a new home and its Clean and comfortable. The best thing, the bed doesn't feel like you're laying on a table. It's soft but not too soft.Quality inns are usually good about having a soft bed.”

“Everyone there is super friendly the rooms were not bad at all eitherNearby activities: Not sure as I was busy doing training but you're close to theaters and being able to go shoppingWalkability: There are some places close by that you can walk to like Sapp brothers which is a convenient gas station with a place where you can order food fromFood & drinks: Some great Mexican restaurants near by with a bunch of other food places near by so you can have options”

“Aloft is a chill, good vibe, family and pet friendly place with great amenities. Went there for the holidays with my family and there was something for all of us to do there. They have a pool, a bar area (the bartender was THE BEST) and we really enjoyed this kind of "social/game" lounge, also in the lobby space, where they have a pool table, connect four, Jenga, board games and other types of things for entertainment which my family and I engaged in and had a really nice time! It's a good location, in the Aksarben area, so there's different places you could get to easily and quickly outside of the hotel if you want to venture out.”

“Waited forever for desk staff to check in. He insisted on a credit card even though I had paid for the room on an app. Then he charged me which is exactly the reaaon why I didnt want to give him a credit card. Air conditioner was broken. Wi-fi wasn't working and you can't call the front desk because ot goes through some sort of automated system. Room was nice and clean.”

“The room was huge. It included a small kitchen area and a couch, which was nice. Bed was comfy. Staff were friendly. It lost one star for me because the shower didn't drain well, and there was only one set of plate and cutlery in the kitchen, but these are not deal breakers and I would absolutely stay here again.”
