“Exceptional and kind staff. Very clean and accommodating great location. However, I’ve never heard of a hot tub closing at 8 PM and the pool. So if you check in at four, and you’re only there for one night and you get to the pool by six well you do the math.”
“This was my first solo trip. The staff was amazing. From the bellhop, to the receptionists, to the restaurant staff. Everyone was kind and attentive. Room was amazing and comfortable. The staff had great recommendations for places to visit. I felt safe and looked after. Highly recommend.”
“Very clean. The breakfast was great!!! Good choices and taste. Tge best coffee ever. Your beans are ground first then coffee is made for your personal cup. Holy buckets delicious. Bed was good, pillows perfect. The best staff at the front desk. The blonde lady, can't remember name, was so fun. What great customer service.”

“Very good place to stay. The rooms were roomy, well laid out and very clean. The front desk people were competent and very friendly. The breakfasts were the usual excellent Hampton fare. The location is ten minutes from the medical center where we needed to go, with good parking and just steps from several restaurants. Recommended.”

“The rooms are always clean and the beds are comfortable. I however have been avoiding staying at your hotel. Whenever, I asked for a late checkout the lady at the desk would ask what time I would like for a late checkout and I would tell her and she would immediately tell me she cannot do that and could only do a noon checkout. So why did she even ask and embarrass me in the process if she knew she wouldn't go past a noon checkout. Anyways, after getting a late checkout, I would then ask her to update my keys so they don't expire at 11 am. She said they don't. Well, mine did and as I was passing by the front desk I told my keys aren't working and she said that's what they do past 11 am. I will continue to refuse to stay there until drastic changes have been made or she has been removed. What's the point of being a Diamond Elite member when you're treat like that????”

“I enjoyed my stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and fun to explore. The room I stayed in was clean, huge, and comfortable with a beautiful bathroom. The bed was comfortable. I see others complaining about bad service, noise from the speakeasy, and low water pressure. My service was fine as I only really interacted with staff at checkin, which was as expected. My room was cleaned and fresh towels supplied while I was gone for the day which was much appreciated. I stayed on a Sunday and Monday night so the speakeasy was never heard although I did see plenty of people waiting to get in there when I checked in but never heard anything. I did hear road noise earlier in the evening butt never over night. The water pressure was low but I was still able to wash and rinse my thick hair. Overall a beautiful hotel in a good area of town within a 10 min walk of restaurants. I would definitely return.”

“I worked with Cinda the Director of Sales for multiple extended stays for our company at this location. she was able to get us a great price, allowed us to haver flexability for moving dates due to weather, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. When we come back to Omaha next year we will be staying here again.
The rooms were clean, and well taken care of. Our guys liked the breakfast and had no issues. Parking here was also great for all the trucks.

“I’ve genuinely enjoyed my stay at EVEN Hotel. It has a relaxed, modern atmosphere that makes it just as comfortable to sit in the lobby with a book for a while as it is to come and go throughout the day.
The hotel is exceptionally clean, the food has been very good, and the gym deserves special mention. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, and this is one of the few hotel gyms that feels like someone actually gave serious thought to people who enjoy working out. It’s well equipped and fits the character of the hotel perfectly.
I also want to recognize the manager, Alyssa. Just from spending some time reading in the lobby and going about my day, I’ve had an opportunity to see how she interacts with both guests and her staff. She’s warm, personable, and attentive, but what impressed me most is that when things get busy, she simply steps in and helps. No fanfare. She leads alongside her team and seems willing to do whatever needs to be done. You notice that kind of leadership.
The rest of the staff reflects that same warmth. Everyone I’ve encountered has been friendly and welcoming without making it feel forced.
It’s a fun, stylish hotel with good food, a great gym, and good people. More importantly, it’s been a genuinely comfortable place to slow down, relax, read, and enjoy my day.
I’d gladly stay here again.”
“Let me start off by saying Amy the manager here is the sweetest person you’ll ever find my husband had a stroke and is left side deficit. Amy and her crew sandy Daniel Mitch have all went above and beyond to accommodate us since January 23 she even tried helping with the insurance company. You guys have definitely gone above and beyond for us. And God knows I don’t know how we would’ve made it otherwise. We were here for our first wedding anniversary Mother’s Day our grandkids came and they didn’t even worry about how loud they were. Thank you so much for all you and the wonderful crew who made our stay so special.”

Every employee we met, (From the AGM, the front desk agent to the drivers) was extremely helpful and friendly and went above and beyond.
Our room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed!
Highly recommend staying here.”
“I don't know what people are complaining about. For the price this place was really nice. I travel all the time for work, but was here on a road trip with my family. Let's not forget the breakfast is complimentary. For the price, it was really good. The staff was friendly. The pool was nicer than other hotel pools on our trip. The gym was... ok I'm not going to lie, the gym was like some free weights and an old bench that someone picked up from a garage sale, but hotel gyms are usually really crappy. I ended up doing push ups and squats in the room.
Our room was super clean. No signs of mold in the shower. No weird smell. All the tiling was appropriately sealed with good ventilation in the bathroom. The towels were soft and white. The fridge, sink, dishwasher, etc were relatively new. We actually stayed at 4 other Marriotts on this trip alone and this one was the most well kept.
I did gave it 4 stars for location because, my God, Omaha... not going to be a stop on a future road trip. People were nice, but my 10 year old cooks better food than the restaurant scene around here, and it was hard to find things to do.”
“Clean, modern rooms with a mini fridge, a super friendly staff, and a great walkable location near plenty of food options made this a really solid stay. After a long workday, I went to grab a bag of peanut M&Ms from the market and the staff unexpectedly comped them, which was such a thoughtful gesture when all I wanted to do was crawl into bed and unplug — the only downside was the thin walls, as hallway conversations and slamming doors were easy to hear early in the morning.”

“I'll start with the not so good. Furniture in the rooms could definitely use an upgrade as well as the bathroom sink/vanity area. Provided soap, shampoo and conditioner, are awful. And it was frustrating that one of the elevators was out of order. Now for the good, regardless of the downfalls, anytime we come back to the area, this is still the hotel my family would choose to stay at time and time again. All of the staff we encountered was AMAZING!! Especially Ana and Alizbeth! There were 2 other front desk gals that I encountered that could learn to smile but both were still helpful. The pool area was a huge hit with our kiddos and provided hours of fun for our whole family while allowing us all to make new friends. I, personally love that there is also an outside patio/sun deck for the tanners to enjoy as well as a hot tub. So, bring your own soap, shampoo and conditioner, pay no attention to the furniture that may have some rough edges and your family will love this place too!! And be on the look out for Ana and Alizbeth because I can't give either of them enough praise for such a job well done!!”

They must have been 30 years old and all the feathers were disintegrated. It was like using a blanket as a pillow. I had to stack 3 of them to get any sort of mediocre neck support.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and its Staff! Everyone was so kind and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and more. The hotel itself and the rooms were so nice and very clean! Kendra and Re at the bar, Jasmin and Olivia with housekeeping and the entire Valet staff were very professional, welcoming and have exceptional customer service! The breakfast staff were amazing as well! It was so busy on Labor Day during breakfast and they kept everything full and running smoothly with a smile! We were here to celebrate our 32nd wedding anniversary and it was so romantic with the lightning and atmosphere. We will most certainly be staying here again for our annual anniversary trip!!”
