Aloft Omaha West is a nice hotel with great rooms and great staff. The team, including staff on the 7-3 shift, are amazing, friendly, helpful, and accommodating, often going above and beyond. They make guests feel like old friends and right at home, providing excellent service with warm and positive energy. The atmosphere is very fun, stylish, and relaxing, especially in the hotel lobby and the WXYZ lounge. Rooms are pleasantly surprising, organized in a very functional manner, efficient, and simple but meet the needs. They have big picture windows with great views, and the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect for work. Some guests recommend avoiding the third floor road side as it is at road level, and one noted an initial issue with room temperature. However, management is responsive. Many guests highly recommend this hotel and team, stating it feels like a home away from home and they look forward to returning.
Pick due to location. Overall nice hotal, did pay for the breakfast option but had limited options so didnt utilize. Close to coffee shop and other restaurants so would recommend avoiding extra cost for that when better options.
