“Arrived planning on spending a couple of hours on a rainy day and ended up staying half of the day. What a blast! We started with bowling. It was a busy Saturday, but the wait for a lane was minimal. We had beverages at their lane side bar and our lane was ready quickly. The staff was friendly and accommodating! The place is modern and well kept. After bowling we hit the arcade. So many fun games to play, before we knew it an hour and a half had passed and we were hungry. A quick stop into the bathroom to wash our hands on the way to the large sports like restaurant. The bathroom facilities were immaculate. Plenty of refreshing cocktails on their menu and a large selection of craft beers. We opted for beer. We started with an appetizer. We couldn’t decide on the large selection so we ordered the Alley Sampler. It’s a lot of food for a reasonable price. We ordered a double decker burger and a monster burger. Both nicely seasoned, cooked to perfection and served with fries. The food was delicious and the service was prompt. All in all our day was wonderful! We will be returning soon!”

“This is a superb hotel and a great addition to the area. This being the second time I've stayed at aloft I was savvy to what the hotel has to offer and the fact that guests use these very kushy amenities throughout the hotel.Whether it be the amazing bar on site or the pool tables and game room in the lobby. The hotel is always a bustling place and full of life. Well done and continue the good work.Rooms: The rooms were very well decorated and I believe each has their own unique flair that separate them from all the others. Bed was comfy and I have no complaints.Nearby activities: The hotel is located very close to village point Mall and the surrounding area. Once it was time to go I was only a few minutes drive away from the funny bone comedy club where I enjoyed one of my favorite comedians on the night.”

“Had my daughter's 5th birthday here and the girls had a lot of fun. Easy to set decorations up, can bring your own food, cake, cooler of drinks which is fantastic. Simple to book and pay for. They did a craft, nails and toes done, hair and makeup. Great little setup!”

“I love The Makery so much! I have been there several times before but in December my husband hosted a surprise birthday party for me there. I can't imagine a better place for a party for my basic self (lol). With the help of the amazing staff, I was able to make a unique Chiefs door hanger & honestly, without that sign, I don't know that the Chiefs would have won the Super Bowl this year.In addition to being a great place to craft without making a giant mess at your own home, they have a great private event room. I was able to host a meeting there last night very last minute. They completely saved the day! It was a perfect place for our meeting.I can't say enough good things about The Makery & I will be coming back again and again & bringing as many friends as I can every time.”

“It has a creepy theme (mass murders) and the atmosphere is unkept, with empty boxes around the perimeter and tables stacked against the wall and blocking the shuffleboard table. But, it’s a dive bar. Very fun owner who’s always available to tell her (and her bar’s) story and friendly, attentive bar keepers. A favorite stop when Millard Avenue dive bar hopping.”

“My family and I have been parish members from day 1. (50 years). While the church was being built masses were held in the gym at Sandoz Elementary next door....Archbishop Sheehan ordered a new parish for Southwest Omaha because Mary Our Queen wasn't large enough to handle everyone anymore. Father Pat (McCaslin)was the second priest after Father Schwab retired. Father Pat, since retired has been our "family priest" ever since his days at St. Therese's in NE Omaha. The parish closed about 10 years ago. We would sometimes have family masses in my grandparents home. Family members could just walk in their home.....Even Father Pat just walked in. Just an FYI.....Mass times have changed. Weekday masses are still at 9 am. Weekend masses are a 5:30 pm vigil on Saturday's, 7:30 and 10:30 am on Sunday's.....”

“My sons have been training at GPC for almost a year and their experienced staff have done an excellent job of improving both their speed and agility. Training on a high quality turn field makes this a great place to have in the area. High recommend!”

They really took off a lot of the stress of planning a wedding. The day of all the staff was phenomenal and the food they made was OUTSTANDING!!! Seriously couldn't have gone any better. Laurie and Darcy are some of the sweetest and kindest people to work with ❤️”

“We rented out one of the two ice rinks they have for a school event. They made the process easy. There wasn't much supervision, but most of us are adults and the kids who did come were with their parents. Their prices were better than other rinks for entire rink rentals. There is also a little arcade area for kids. The items in the crane games were lacking and it was $1. The place itself is older and could use some updating but things get so wet around the ice rinks that anything newer would get ruined too. The concession stand had a good variety of drinks and snacks/food for a reasonable price. Drinks ranged from Monster energy drinks to chocolate milk; hot chocolate to frozen slushies.”

“Visiting Omaha from out of state and Grandsons baseball games were rained out so spur of the minute we booked 2 hours and played 18 holes. What a great time - best simulator that I’ve ever played on and the food was awesome. Will definitely be back when we visit Omaha.”

“Was in town for a funeral. We came back from visiting family all day and our keys didn't work. My stay was supposed to be until the next day. I went to the front counter and no one was there. There was another couple there waiting to check in and some other guests waiting to ask a question. The man waiting to check in called the desk no one came up to answer the phone. I yelled to the back several times and no one came. I went around to the employee entrance that was not locked and started knocking on doors. I knocked and after 3 or 4 times a kid with ear pods in came out and yelled at me for being in the employee area. He said you can call and yell that he was listening for the phone and noise. He obviously was not. Yelled at me again in front of the other guests before helping me with my key. Bad service. Don't hire teenagers that can't be responsible and wear ear pods who can't hear anything going on when he was in the back talking on the phone. Also two days in a row our beds were not made and no fresh towels were brought.Nearby activities: Great value for the price bad service”
