“We want to commend Josh Galdeano, Lead Customer Service Specialist for his outstanding customer service. We made multiple purchases on different days and were sold individual protection plans for the various purchases.When we cancelled one of the orders, Mr. Galdeano informed us that we could consolidate our subsequent purchases into the initial protection plan since were still within the upper limit threshold of the tiered plan. Our savings by doing so were substantial.It is his honest, customer-focused service that will keep us coming back to NFM for future purchases. Mr. Galdeano earned our trust for NFM, and should be commended and recognized for his knowledge, and high level of service.*** Suggest Sales Associates be reminded that various purchases may be consolidated under a single protection plan, as long as the total sales price remains within the upper limit threshold of the protection plan. None of the Sales Associates mentioned this to us, even though we informed them we had made several purchases recently. ***”
“Step up your BBQ game to the pro level!! If you don't know about this place and you are a local Smoke Master, you need to find out - it will blow your mind. Large selection of competition rubs and sauces, brines and seasonings. Sauce samples to try before you buy (genius). They also stock smokers and accessories. Check out the classes to feed the BBQ intellectual in you. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. I highly recommend!!!”

“Returned a defective bucket of exterior paint 10/20/24 just bebore closing time.The gentleman at the return counter was awesome. The young lady management on duty, outstanding and the young man working the paint counter with who waited on me before is consistently courteous and knowledgeable. Great team work and a credit to the Home Depot brand. Been coming here for many years and will always boast about the staff at this location. Thank you very much everyone and look foward to doing business with all of you in the future. Keep up the good work because, I will not forget your professionalism and kindness. Have a great day and a prosperous future. Once again. A couple days later, a nice young man attending or giving a staff meeting/class stopped to sked me if I needed any help loading my truck. “*update* I know my last review was kind of generic, but the real story comes to service. Yes, they have all the parts. Yes. they have all the little tools and big tools to get the job done. The main thing about this location of a nationwide company is the folks behind the counter. If I bring a piece of broken something, they will make sure I get a proper new piece. Dishwasher inlet valve? Yep. 1 1/4" p-trap? Yep Before my current paid task, I had these guys build me a "drip drum" and the product was better than OEM. The service at this location meets what I expect and I am in the customer service industry to say the least”

“I deal with the Pro Desk a lot and have had nothing but great experiences with the staff. Typically it's Joel, Judy and, Karen. They have been very helpful and I see them helping customers and fellow employees regularly. Every employee that I have dealt with at this location has always been helpful. Even the rental department is friendly and well maintained. The parking lot is always clean and carts are readily available at various locations inside. This is my favorite Home Depot and I use them all as a contractor.”

“I am only giving a five star review, because Lindsay J helped me out and she was the most kind and knowledgeable employee that I encountered in the eight people I met on a recent shopping experience to Home Depot to make keys. She went out of her way to help me was the only one who knew what the digital key was and how to get it and what I had to do none of the other employees that helped me new anything and one even wanted me just to use the key machine. Home Depot could use some help with their training on their employees, but Lindsey was the bomb.”

I felt so welcomed when I went there to get a part for a dryer for my company, I didn’t want to leave it felt like people that actually cared and they had great attitudes! “I would like to say how much I enjoy shopping at this location. They always have a nice selection of plants. Sometimes, they have some less pretty plants on clearance if you are willing to give the plants some extra attention. Mine have come back great. The biggest reason is the customer service from Harley Cazinha. He is always willing to assist in loading my heavy items. He has a great attitude, and it is obvious he enjoys his job. The cashier didn't know
they offered assistance in loading soil, but Harley came forward and assisted without hesitancy. It allows me to make my purchase and grow my garden. Thank you.”
