Horrible customer service. Repeat customer , my package is lost and instead of quickly sending out a replacement, they want me to go through these steps that take weeks.. All over $25. So you'd rather lose a customer then reship? Good going !

Few options. Got a Lyft to the store with $125 ready to spend all of it and they told me I can’t come in the store because of Covid, no where on the website did it say that, thanks for wasting my money.
