On 3/18/2025 I walked in at about 10:35/10:40 and the ATT Associate made eye contact with me helping a customer. I went to the back circle table to wait my turn as I saw both ATT associates were helping customers and 1 person waiting in front of me. The ATT associate finished with the last person ahead of me. 2 ladies walked in and he helped them Vs me that was waiting. I walked out at 10:55 as I knew I was going to be held up awhile as the requested to look at different phones. I was very disappointed in customer service here as I never walk out of an establishment but this was embarrassing for me and we both knew I was next and the only one waiting. Basic customer service was very bad on a random Tuesday morning. Do better at this location. I’ll go elsewhere

I received duplicated payments from AT&T totaling $300. When I called them, they instructed me to visit a physical store to resolve the issue. However, upon visiting the store and speaking with a rep, I was told to call AT&T phone #. I knew that solving the issue might be complex, his attitude was disappointing. He seemed to be biased and imply that the duplicated payments were my fault. I think customer service representatives should remain unbiased and understand the situation fully before making judgments. I contacted my bank multiple times, submitted evidence, and eventually managed to recover my money. This experience taught me that misinformation from AT&T representatives can lead to customers making wrong decisions and ultimately not taking responsibility for the errors.

It's the luck of the draw with their staff when you get a staff member that's well trained or not and their prices keep creeping up quite a bittle. And their internet service is going up and different regulations are going to make it or people will move away from AT&t
