“Our car was parked and hit by another driver. I contacted Doug's office and talked with, I think everyone except Doug :-) , and everyone was super helpful. Specifically Austin, I wasn't able to get any help from the other drivers insurance company despite having their policy information. Austin took it upon himself to get the policy information from me and contact the other insurance company and get me directly to a claims agent so I didn't have to do any additional leg work. This was so helpful because I had already spent a hour making several phone calls and talking to people who didn't seem interested in providing any service at all. Austin went above and beyond to help me when I was very frustrated. Some of the best service I've had in recent memory. Your service was AMAZING!”

“I spent an inordinate amount of time online using those auto insurance aggregators that promise strikingly low premiums. I did not come across a single reasonable quote after spending more than a few hours online searching with their engines.
On a whim I contacted the brokerage that provides my renters insurance and spoke with Colton regarding auto coverage. I gave him my information and a short time thereafter he presented coverage options that the aggregators had promised but could not provide.
