BEST BREAKFAST I've had in a hotel since before the pandemic! Well done! The room was also nice and clean, with great blackout curtains. I'm very happy I stayed here.Rooms: The room is clean and modern.Safety: The elevator requires a keycard to access.Food & drinks: The breakfast was AMAZING.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Omaha. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern in decor and amenities. In our room, the shower was kind of difficult to turn on but that is it. The shower itself was tall and good water pressure. Towels were nice and large and the bed super comfortable. The coffee machine in the lobby was wonderful! It made espresso, lattes, and coffee. All custom ground and brewed. Breakfast had many options and the juices were delicious. (I've been in hotels where the juice would be more on the watery side) The location is near a lot of restaurants, fast food, shopping and right off the hwy and interstate. This being said, we did not hear street noise except for an emergency vehicle once. We did not use the pool since it was more kid friendly and had quite a few people in it. (We did not travel with children).

Why are hotels not giving full sized pillows anymore??? My neck hurts now. We got a king room but the pillows were as small as square throw pillows for a sofa. Receptionist was friendly, room was clean and modern so I won’t be asking for a refund but dang y’all need to give us adult sized pillows or else I’m gonna start throwing a fit lol ?

Plumbing was not working the entire stay(4 nights). Hot water was not available, only cold ran in the shower and out of the sink either side would sometimes give hot or cold water and change randomly while filing the coffee cups. The entire second floor was covered in urine from dogs staying there, our king bed had urine stains around the base. I would love to know what they are doing with the $30 per night pet fees (which was not discussed or mentioned by anyone when I called the hotel to ask at booking or once arriving at check in, only that the dogs can’t stay in the room alone and a $150 deposit will be charged.) The front desk did not explain how to use the elevator or how to enter the pool.Overall very displeasing, had I been told over the phone the proper information about the pet fees at booking, I would have stayed at the Hilton for the same price.Rooms: The bed was comfortable enough, the pillows were thin and extras were needed. TV worked - basic 50 channels - and the fridge stayed cold. Sheets and towels were dirty and stained on arrival. Plumbing was not working the entire stay(4 nights). Hot water was not available, only cold ran in the shower and out of the sink either side would sometimes give hot or cold water and change randomly while filing the coffee cups. The entire second floor was covered in urine from the dogs, our king bed had urine stains around the base.Safety: There’s no safe area to walk the dogs staying there, only off property on a sidewalk next to a very busy road or through a ravine next to the parking lot full of broken glass and a homeless encampment. There’s dog poop all over the parking lot and the whole place smells strongly of musty towels and dog urine when walking in.Food & drinks: Breakfast is hot eggs, meat, and potatoes with yogurt and waffles from a broken or empty dispenser. No drinks (you can buy some from a kiosk), the fridge was always empty, no pastries fruit or cereal.

We had a great stay! The check-in process was super smooth and easy, the room was very clean and neat, and the pool was fun (although hot tub could be more warm). Pool area was a little crowded with kids and hot tub had kids in it that were too young. The K-Cup coffee machines are a wonderful touch in the already great rooms.

Overall, I loved the location of the hotel. It was easy to get around. It was pretty crowded at the hotel, which is good, but can make the small pool and dining area crowded and hard to navigate. The fire alarms went off due to the humidity of the pool, and the fire department showed up. They said this was common. Then the next morning, 2 cops walked onto our elevator after visiting a room. There were also never enough towels at the pool area.Rooms: Very clean and perfect for our family of 3.Nearby activities: It was right in the middle of the 2 big things we wanted to do, downtown and the Strategic Air Command museum. They also have Prehistoric Putt 3 minutes away and Village Inn across the street was good for a quiet breakfast.

We rented a king bed with jacuzzi in room. Our stay was mostly positive but wanted to note a few things. My fiancé cut his toe on a sharp edge while climbing into the hot tub. Upon arrival we also found strands of hair on the comforter of the bed as well as rose petals in various places from previous guests. Areas appeared clean but were grimy still most likely due to quick “cleans” since check out is noon and check in is 3pm. Not enough time to really clean the unit properly. Lastly, we paid a deposit of $150 on a $200 room and it will take up to 14 business days to get it refunded. I’ve paid deposits before but the amount of time this money is on hold is silly especially since I was unaware until check in. Glad I had all this money just to rent a room for one night.Other than that, it was mostly enjoyable and the breakfast was better than most other hotels.

The shallow water of the one end of the pool is nice for small children. Starts ar 8 inches. But because it is a large hotel, it gets crowded fast. Pool could have been cleaner. Hot tub was nice. Rooms were nice too. Modern updates were good. Nice to have a large fridge and microwave in room. Breakfast was adequate for our needs. I liked that they had multiple waffle irons. Staff was kind and welcoming. Definitely an older hotel in general but they do a pretty good job keeping it clean and not feeling super old with updates. Would stay again, just wish the pool was a bit better.
