Best Western Plus Midwest Inn offers a range of experiences for guests, with both positive and negative aspects noted in the reviews. The hotel features nice and clean rooms, but some guests found the beds uncomfortable. Breakfast is considered satisfactory, with options like eggs, biscuits, and waffles available. The location is praised for its easy access to highways, nearby shops like Target and Walmart, and various dining options. However, the pool area has received significant criticism. Many guests found the jacuzzi excessively hot, making it unusable, while the pool itself was described as outdated and not well maintained. Complaints about the pool included rowdy children and lack of oversight from the staff. Additionally, issues with room accessibility for handicapped guests were highlighted, as the designated room was not adequately equipped. Staff interactions were inconsistent, with reports of rudeness from night staff and a lack of attention to guest concerns. Some guests also reported maintenance issues, such as stained bedding and noise disturbances from other rooms. Overall, while the hotel has potential with its clean rooms and good breakfast, there are considerable areas for improvement, particularly regarding the pool, staff service, and room conditions.
Needs some updates but is good price and has pool with slide and hot tub. Kids love coming.

Overall we had a good visit staying here. The pool was fun for the kids, hotel was overall pretty clean, all the staff was very friendly, our only complaint was that the eggs were cold each morning of our stay so I think there may be an issue with that warmer specifically, otherwise everything else was delicious!
