“I have taken my Tesla here on two occasions and have been extremely pleased with Mike and his team, both with the quality of the repair and the customer service. The most recent visit was complicated due to the fact that I live over 100 miles away from Dingman's and shortly after my car accident the main battery pack on my Tesla went bad (unrelated to the accident) making the vehicle no longer driveable. Mike was great at coordinating with insurance, with Tesla (to replace the battery) and arranged to have the vehicle towed through my insurance. It was like having a concierge handle everything for me. I've never had this kind of attention elsewhere. As a Tesla owner, I felt very comfortable using Dingman's because of the volume of Teslas they repair and their close relationship with Tesla in Council Bluffs.”

“Took almost a month before I get rhe call to come pick up the car. There was still visible damage from the accident and they had to take it back. Two days later it was ready. I'm not 100% happy with the touch up work on the paint, but lse everything looks great now. Steve even met me on a Saturday to reunite me with Carla, my Kia!”

“There are two kinds of body shops. The first kind is one that push papers for insurance companies. They are not really interest to serve you. They just want to get the maximum from a claim and take their sweet old time. The second kind is the one that would take you in when your neighbor's kid scraped the side of the vehicle and is mortified because his insurance premium is about to go sky high. I brought my vehicle to Paco - he personally takes every order - told him the story and how the poor boy has to work overtime to cover the damage. Paco understood my plight - he has a teenage kid too - and fixed the dented door and side panel for $900. The repair was done in three days. Looks better than new. Jaw dropping quality of work.”

“Dave and team were fantastic to work with and did a great job on our Subaru that had some hail damage. They were kind, communicative, very efficient/speedy and the work was done flawlessly. You would never know there was prior damage. Additionally, we meant to ask them to fix a door panel that had come unglued but we had forgotten. When we called to see if we could bring it by again, Dave apologized and said he had meant to take care of it (this was something random and extra outside of the claim that we hadn't flagged and was not because of the hail storm). He did the work complimentary at no charge. What amazing customer service! Baxter Subaru had quoted us $500 for the minor panel fix, which is ridiculous. We definitely recommend and will take back for any auto body needs.”

“My son was in an accident with his car at his school, Kaizen is close to my house so I stopped in to get a quick estimate on the damages. Aaron came out to help me and was great, took some pictures of the damage and had an estimate for me quickly thereafter. I brought the car in for repair about 2 weeks after the estimate was given and everything was perfect. The receptionist at the front was kind, Aaron was there and attentive with me and made sure I was aware of what was going to be done to the car before they started.
I got a nice text from the shop as the car was being worked on which I was not expecting, but it was nice to see that they took the extra time to let me know where things were in the process of fixing the car. The car was completed in the estimated time that they originally quoted. It looks great and I cannot even tell it has been repaired. Hats off to Aaron and the team up at Kaizen for the great work.”

“I knew right out of the gate I wanted Brunos to paint match my new fiberglass Formula Hood to the paint color on my 1970 Firebird. The problem was I had zero information to share with them on the previous paint job, no previous paint codes, no nothing! They matched my new hood perfectly, I honestly was very nervous about it, even to the point of bad dreams. But when I picked her up, I was on cloud nine! I just couldn’t be more pleased with the results! Thanks guys! I've attached a few pictures, but they really don't do it justice.”
“I would highly recommend. Took my envoy here because my driver door was stuck locked. It took him less than an hour to fix it. I had taken it to gmc originally and after an hour of not being able to open the door, they wanted to charge me $200.00. I would highly recommend this shop.
