“So happy to have a bookstore close to the old market and council bluffs. This place is awesome! They had everything I was looking for and when I called they were happy to hold back something for me the next week. I love that they are female owned and LGBTQIA friendly and not afraid to say so.Also right next door to Zen coffee and Voodoo Taco. Coffee, books, and tacos in one shopping center. It's like heaven!”

“Religious supply store with a little bit of everything. If they don't have it, they can usually order it. I stop by regularly and pick up candles, wine, and other necessities for our church.”

“Gloria Deo is a a MUST if you are a practicing Catholic in Omaha. It can be a bit pricey, depending on the items, but there is a variety of items and prices and you won't come across disturbing or immoral items you would otherwise be subjected to at a place like Barnes and Noble. Stock cycles through so you'll see different things each time. Some wonderful finds I've had include a Stations of the Cross rosary and a Catholic version of Cards Against Humanity.”

“Stopped in looking for a book. They didn't have it, but was able to order it for me. The employee who helped me was very helpful. Had a fun conversation about different books. Recommended one I could read while I waited for my order to come in. Lovely little store. Had lots of books, board games. Even spotted Star Trek Catan. My nerd heart screamed with joy! In a world where book stores are dying, it's nice to see a place like this still around. I will for sure be back!”

“Has I would like to say every single language but I don't know every language to verify? however this shop has EVERY language bible you can think of, has zondervan, scoffield and other publications. He showed us around the shop and was very attentive to what we wanted AND needed. He has a press for custom printing for names on any of the books you buy in gold color. Very good experience and don't let the house fool you, it is part shop, just call the number on Google and he will get in touch with you for you to come in and browse. Great experience.”
