This place is a high school hang out. Customer service makes you feel like you’re in the way of their hang out. And if you decide to venture in there check their prices as they usually are wrong from the tag. That’s if you can find anything in the disorganized store. It’s not worth the hassle! Great customer service. Nice clearance selections. Boot selection is decent and prices are on par with many other boot stores. Hat selection is good.

WOW!!! Michael at the La Vista location is a literal ANGEL!!! He was very professional and non-judgmental and helped this city mom find new boots and hat for her very country little girl. Will be a repeat customer for sure. Give that man a raise!!

It's a western wear store, so that means three things. One, it smells great inside (leather goods!). Two, it's probably pricier than you're expecting. Three, there's country music playing. There's not much I buy at places like this except the occasional wallet. If I'm here it's usually because I am tagging along with someone else. Employees are all friendly (and, as expected, all dressed in cowboy hats and boots).
