Went at 11:10a on a Saturday. Showed it was open online. Got there it was closed with a sign that said on a break, open in 15 minutes. We left the mall at noon and it still wasn’t open

Got there at 11 but there was no one at the store. Tried after 12 and it was open. Got my ears pierced and bought some cute stuff. Overall good experience.

My niece wanted her ears pierced for her 8th birthday. The lady there was patient and kind.
