I don't like the way it's done, but it's fair. I sat for maybe 15 mins before I was assisted and just needed to pay my bill. I prefer online pay, but as I needed to pay and it was on my way home I didn't complain. The staff are friendly and bilingual and it helps for those who don't speak English and for those that don't speak Spanish either great customer service and very knowledgeable

Was going to cancel my service because of the virtual assistant. Router was not working, I explained my problem to Marco and he had the perfect solution...

My service worked all through the storm. Stopped working almost 24hrs AFTER the storm. Yet they are saying this outage is now due to the storm?

Would give zero stars if possible. Worst internet provider out there. Outrageously high prices compared to other options and if you try to cancel they just ignore you and hope you give up and just stick to your service. Their customer service is awful and they drag down your internet speeds to force you to get a new modem. Random outages that they don’t even acknowledge since if you go online it says there are no outages which obviously isn’t true when you don’t have internet. Speeds are often slower than what you pay for. Worst internet service I’ve ever had

Not real 100% pure fiber scamming ppl everyday with the word “fiber”. Don’t believe me and you fell for it? Go to google, type in speed test, click run speed test while connected to your WiFi network with them and if the upload speeds don’t match the download speeds and are low, you got the old outdated internet network. Your stil experiencing congested speeds suppressing of the speeds and your never going to get the speed they’re promising you. Don’t trust this company they’ve kept many neighborhoods from getting pure fiber networks to come in and build for years.

Little girl with the glasses that works in the front needs to be retrained:
I came into this store to purchase Wi-Fi and a modem at $70/mo. The cox worker then proceeded to give me a modem. When I went home, the modem would not connect and I contacted customer support. They told me in order to get the solution fixed I was going to have a technician come install the modem for $100, or I was going to have to get “complete coverage” for $10/mo (for at least 90 days to avoid the installation fee). It turns out, the Cox worker gave me the incorrect modem. After receiving a new modem, I went home to try to connect it. This new modem is still not connecting and it turns out the incorrect unit number was put on my account.
This just wasted my entire day trying to get something to work, that was never going to work. I was also charged $30 extra for unlimited but the plan was already supposed to come as unlimited at the $70 price point.

Somewhat helpful. But these folks rarely offer apologies or refunds for outages, technical issues, or their shortcomings.
