Overpriced because there’s nobody to compete near me and the drop outs and “outages” happen regularly. It’s decent when it’s working but expect at least 4 hours of nothing for every outage they have.

Paid for premium internet for years, and constantly have issues with drop outs. I would be happy to switch providers if another company had the infrastructure in my area

Company was good at one time now my internet is out daily always the same excuse I am glad I'm getting fiber on the first so I can dump this company.
