I bought my car through the Ames location and am still working on paying it off. The staff is friendly and helpful on getting the information I need. When I walk in to make my payment they always know who I am and I find that to be very good customer service.

Every staff member is amazing! No hassle no bs! You get service on the spot and they change your oil every 90 days. If you need a car asap and got money for a down payment this is the place!
