Staff was rude and literally rolled her eyes and threw her hands up at me while asking my email because the staff sent me up with only one shoe and she couldn’t find the other..? Weirdest, worst experience I’ve had in my life- will never be going back and advise no one else to

Asked for a pair of shoes in a certain size, one associate sent me to another and proceeded to walk away from me, they never brought the shoes i asked for out. Terrible customer service.

Horrible customer experience. No one is helpful and very rude. Apparently only one person can retrieve the shoes from the backroom and that takes 20 minutes to do. And when we went to pay every single employee left to the backroom. Pathetic customer service and work ethic.
