Visited JD Sports to get new shoes for my brother and was happy with the selection. We found a pair that fit him well and looked great. The store had plenty of sneaker styles to choose from.

wont let me return an item that got ruined before i got to wear it, waited a week after calling customer service and they didnt help me either. left me on hold for 30+ minutes each time i called just to tell me they couldnt help me.

HORRIBLE customer service here and no one cares. I spend to much money with this company for the service to be this horrible. Need a whole new staff and people who actually wanna work.
