Customer service here is always great! An the scenery is amazing, i caught myself spacing out looking at how peaceful the place looks and feels. Didnt take long to get done what i needed and was on my way in a short amount of time! I prefer this FNBO over a lot of the other locations.

Stopped at FNBO branch on 133rd and Maple. The Personal Banker, Samantha Lu was incredibly helpful. She addressed my issue and then followed up with me to explain what had been done and a time-line for the issue to get fully resolved. Amazing customer service.
