Lowering customer credit limits, hurting their credit, when the account has been paid perfectly on time every month. Banks doing this to customers hurts their credit scores. TERRIBLE

Such a bad costumer service this FNB branch has. I went to notarize a document for the first time and a personal banker whose name is Mary said that she couldn't do it because I needed to add a Nebraska Notary acknowledgement. I had no idea what it was so I asked to write it down for me. I had to come back home to find that form in the internet and add that part. In the south Omaha area any of the personnel in the bank would have helped me, even just printing one of those forms for me to avoid an extra trip, or any other way. I have had my checking account, savings account, and mortgage with FNB for a long time so I deserve more kindness and helpfulness. I give two stars because when I went back, good thing Mary was not there so another personal banker, help me and he was very nice. Otherwise, it would've been a zero. Also, the telephone is not answered and people have to leave the message and they return the phone call 4 or 5 hours later. I was frustrated after calling 3 o 4 times and getting to the answering machine, so I did dial the general number 402-341-0500 and ask to transfer me to that office and right away they answered. If I could I would give a ZERO star rating. Worked with the home mortgage loan officer. He was not polite, not communicative, doesn’t explain things throughly especially to 1st time home buyers. Due to these things my boyfriend and I couldn’t get the house we wanted. Will NEVER work with that guy again and would NOT recommend him to anyone.

Every time I come to this one they are RUDE. Very unprofessional! The last time I was getting a large amount out and she didn’t send an envelope so I asked for one and it was an issue. And then today I had 2 different withdraws and I sent in 2 different slips and she goes do you want them separately I said yes that’s why I send them in that way . Well a quick irritated face and turns screen off. I rather deal with the one all the way off 90th Fort area!

Just want to warn people that you can't exchange forgein currency here since they only accept new forgein currency with a higher value seems there very greedy, don't like that there's police there to makes me feel uneasy and would be more comfortable walking in as a customer without encountering police, since they ruin people's lives and create stigma.

I love my local branch, and visit about once/twice a month on Saturday mornings. Sometimes I go through the drive thru so I can bring my dog Stella who always gets a doggy treat, but other times I need to walk into the lobby and everyone is so incredibly friendly! Best bank around. I'm never leaving!

Best branch this bank runs, seriously. Amazing staff, always available, always willing to help. They don't even mind when I come in and make awful noise with the coin sorting machine. Appreciate it!

I have had a cc with this co since 2011. I have a very high credit score and have a high limit as well. Yes the card has been used a lot but I have always made well over the minimum payment due and have been late one time( I was moving and forgot paid 2 days late) Today I went to use this card and it was declined. I called and after several attempts to find out why..all they could tell me that is was in the financial center and I would be sent a letter. Very poor customer service! I am glad they closed this account. I will pay off the balance and be done. There are plenty of other great cc out there don't waste your time or money with this bank!

If you don't have an account here, and you have to cash a check, it is a hassle. I had a check for $35 to cash from another business that banked at First National. First, they won't allow you to cash it in the drive thru. Second, and this is what upset me, they had to call and verify the check. OMG! Took me 20 minutes to get it cashed.
