This place use to be a good place to go to get some good items reasonably priced and didn't mind having to take the time to seach through the bins but the price per pound went up and up and there seems to be alot of trash broken things anymore you have to search through- not worth it anymore

Horrible experience, i picked up THREE items and according to the sign behind the cash register, they were applicable to be sold individually, 2 books and a radio. The rude cashier lady insisted on me weighing the BORDERLINE EMPTY cart and kept demanding me to put the one item back in the cart even though she had no observable problem with me placing the books on the counter. In the end, the item was NOT worth the absurd price. I would like management to use this for common sense training, and I will not be back any time soon.

This store is the worst store in all goodwill. The managers in charge are very arrogant and racist. They treat customers badly. Other client have commented that it's seems like the ones in charge choose what is best for them and this doesn't seem fair or right but there is nothing we can do, now you it's just a waste of your time. You only go to find garbage and be mistreated, because apparently they don't know What customer service is? They are just rude when you ask them prices, cause they don't care, cause they throw everything away again and even when you want to buy they get upset. Before, they used to sell many home appliances based on price. Now, they want to sell everything by weight or at a high price, more expensive than other goodwill stores. Many of us as customers spend all day buying things and if you buy something huge for your home they tell you to take it out of the store right away even if you're still buying and they don't care if it rains or snows outside. I am doing this review so that other clients can also make a report to headquarters. Cause if you complain they just say "SORRY" and thanks for contacting us we have many locations for you to visit and we hope you try another store.Instead of just try to get better and fix the problem and really care for their customers.

Cool place, This was our first time visiting, and the staff were kind when we didn't know what we were supposed to be doing when they were switching out the bins.

This place is horrible place to even think of entering. This place is full of scammers trying to sell you something that does not even belong to them. Not only that the customer service is also horrible they are racist and don’t care. I tried to get something out of someone’s cart (the scammer) and he came up to me yelling “HEY HEY HEY that’s my cart you can’t take that”. The employee comes backing him up telling me that it’s against store policies to take something out of someone’s cart. Later when I was leaving I confronted the employees of the people trying to sell things within the store and all they do is stare at me in annoyance like they are taking part of the scammers plan. Sorry but this store is not worth going it’s filled with scammers and bad customer service. If you are looking for a place to be scammed and mistreated come to this Goodwill outlet because I can assure you that you will get that treatment.

I used to love this place! Find all kinds of good things, but lately it's bad! Too many clothes bins with just dirty clothes that aren't useful. Found needles some packaged some loose in bins. Also some of the staff are very unpleasant people, very rude! Hope they can clean house, because I would love to go back again. If it's cleaned up, people also the product.

It is a sty mess. If you are willing to stick your hands in a plethora of mess and confusion..this is for you. Chaos best describes it. Occasionally there is something good, but the metrics are off on the scales. I went to one cashier with the same thing then went to another to compare and they was almost a pound difference. I believe that scale metrics fall under the State Attorney's Office. Over time that is a heck of a difference and the money adds up for Goodwill.

One of the cheapest bins stores I’ve been to and not nearly as dirty as the bad reviews will make you think. Only complaint is that they changed over like half the store at once and it took forever. Would not be as much of a hinderance to shoppers if you did smaller sections at a time.

Experienced mixed emotions in this store.. is disparity this bad? Or is this a manager/training issue!? (ironically next door to the Goodwill Training Center)
There's a line between re-selling and garbage. PLUS as the stockers re-stock these bins, empty/half filled water bottles, (and the like) is garbage!!
Almost makes the experience of shopping degrading. (am I dumpster diving here?)

This 5 star rating is for the cashier named Vanessa. She has helped me the last couple of times that I’ve visited this location. Her customer service skills are INCREDIBLE!! She genuinely enjoys her job and it shows. It’s so refreshing to have that quality of customer service. Goodwill is so lucky to have you!! Stay FABULOUS Vanessa!!

So I thought the bins were checked over by staff before being put out. This is the dirtiest and sketchiest goodwill bin store I’ve been to. The bins included half used cold medicine, stray bottles from hair care kits that were partially used, and lots of rocks. I thought these things were gone through, there was so much junk I would deem unsafe since kids were there with their folks.*By checked over- at least don't put trash and dangerous items out for the public to run into. I know who Goodwill benefits- Other bin stores such as Des Moines don't seem to put trash and half used bottles of haircolor out in their bins.

What an interesting way to shop.
Can't beat the price but you will need time to spend here.

This is the lone bins here in Omaha. It can be fun to look through the items but for sure suggest wearing gloves. It's nice to find some stuff and pay by the pound - I got a vintage husker sweater for barely anything. It's really only worth it though if you can spend a few hours here as they change the bins only every so often.

The cashier girl is infinitely sweet and helpful! Place seems like it could use a second cashier around as backup help for her with how busy it was. Wonderful place.
