The Goodwill Outlet offers a unique shopping experience where most items are sold by the pound at a low, flat rate. Merchandise arrives daily, providing new finds. It is described as one of the cheapest bins stores, though the environment is chaotic, with a suggestion to wear gloves while digging through the plethora of items. Some find it a fun place to hunt for treasures, like vintage clothing, but note it requires spending a few hours, especially when bins are changed. While some reviews call it a mess, others feel it is not nearly as dirty as perceived. A complaint involves inconsistent scale metrics between cashiers. The store generates revenue for community job programs. Customer service receives high praise, with a specific cashier noted as infinitely sweet, helpful, and providing incredible, refreshing service. The store can get very busy, potentially needing backup help.
Found some cool items. Mostly housewares. Minimal clothing and not very many pairs of shoes (only would find one of the pair). But over all fun. They have a drinking fountain and bathroom and bring out new bins with frequency

The employees here are amazing. You can find really good items. They do great even with people not following simple rules.
