Been home from rehab/facility for over a month. Was suppose to get a walker and wheelchair for a broken femur, the company gave me, my therapist, and the facility the run-around. They don’t return calls and have strange answers. Bad customer service all around. Do not work with them. Call someone else.

Customer service has definitely gone downhill since I first started using Helget several years ago. Sent wrong CPAP mask, 2 months later I'm still waiting for a replacement. If youre looking for good customer service... this is not the place!

These people keep saying they will deliver our order for 2 weeks now. This company is a joke. Thanks Tim for ANOTHER lie. Didn't come today as promised.
