The store has added more self-check lanes, and staff at the front end and self-check are typically nice and super helpful, providing service with a helpful smile in every aisle. One young man at the self-check was particularly helpful above and beyond. Specifically at the pharmacy, the staff are friendly and dedicated. One employee at the drive-through is consistently described as amazing, wonderful, courteous, patient, friendly, kind, and refreshing. He is always smiling, never upset or rude, and provides truly wonderful service even when busy, which makes waiting in line not a concern for customers. However, one front-end manager has been encountered as rude on separate occasions and does not follow proper bagging procedures, which can ruin the experience for some. Overall, the pharmacy and store are filled with great people providing great service.
I had gotten used to the older pharmacist. The new one is rude, short sighted, not very empathetic. I changed my insurance company and it caused a problem with my medication getting filled. Like I said very short sighted and rude. I have been a customer for over 15 years. He was very disrespectful.

The guy named Bryce is always courteous, patient, and friendly. The rest of the staff are friendly as well, but not like him. Even if there’s a long line, I don’t mind waiting because of the service.
