I went Saturday and the system couldn't set up my new phone. So I said I'll be back tomorrow. Came Sunday and they was not open at posted time. Ended up call the 90th store and they told me no one answered. So I went to 90th and was in and out with my new phone in 30 min

Dante and Joe worked very hard for literally 5 hours to solve my issue and they were both very friendly and knowledgeable. Even though it took a while things got resolved and they made sure I was taken care of before they had to close the store for the day. Both of them are amazing employees and metro is lucky to have them on the team.

Worst service given by service representativeI asked for 35 dollars planHe forcefully gave me 81 dollar planThey try to Rob me saying 64 dollar only taxBut after all they robbed me near by 50 bucks.If there was Zero star ⭐ i will definitely go with ZERO.

Lost a customer due to being closed during business hours. Not sure if it was due to a lunch break, whatever the reason at the very least a sign would be helpful. Same for the 90th and Maple store. Due to my busy schedule, and not knowing the reason and times being closed, I switched one of my 3 lines. I'll be switching the others in due time

Product selection Was OK but I have an issue with the service. All the sales agent did was turn on the phone . Left all the setting up to us stating he has no idea how to sync phone with my other accounts. Either agent is lazy or the manager isn’t training the agents at all! Not the experience I would want after spending $600 on phones !
