At the start of my business there were some Visa transactions that were being posted twice; at that point it was difficult to track the debits and credits to my account, and this lead to a messed up account. I took all the information to the personal banker. Not only did she balance my account, she fixed the issue that was causing double entries! “Worst customer service I have ever gotten, anywhere! Majority of staff seems to not be particularly well trained. It takes me 10 minutes to make a simple commercial deposit, and I'm first in line. You couldn't pay me to bank at Pinnacle, but my employer uses your bank, and I have to make deposits. I would give you zero stars if I could. How DO you stay in business? It's now 2 weeks later since I made my initial one star review. Service in the commercial lane at the drive thru is much improved. The tellers are quick and responsive. I have not seen the "problem" teller which I had such difficulties with.Thank you for taking my original review to heart and making some much needed changes. I wanted you and your others customers to know this.”
“This bank is amazing. If you are looking for a bank that has all the amenities, and a small bank feel. These people are amazing. I am in love with this bank. I will never bank any where else. Audion is the Branch Manager, and she is an amazing business smart woman. These people do not judge, if you have a million or a dollar they treat you all the same. With the all the same being said that means everyone is treated the same. They do not try to hit you with all these fees if something bad accidentally happens toy our account.
