They were great. They had my online order waiting for me. I was in and out in about 3 minutes.

Had the part, but no scanner or tool lending... Would have been nice away from home in need of emergency fix.

NAPA is my go-to for car parts. Always great quality parts and tools. They didn't have the brake rotors we needed for an Audi, but some of that may be supply and demand, and some may still be supply chain issues. Customer service was great though.
