I was surprised to read so many one star reviews. I have been an Omaha Steaks customer for many years and never had an issue come up. Quality is very good and I consider the prices to be fair. I always look for a package deal that includes free stuff, like burgers. Delivery by UPS is always on schedule. My two cents.

Pricey, but normally good quality. However, in the name of profits, some things have gone downhill. Most notably, used to get free burgers with a large order. Still do, but oddly enough, they've gotten MUCH smaller

Great customer service! Called with issues on orders from Christmas season and a very sweet woman Kelly answered and helped us.Thank you again. You have earned the good reputation I will let everyone know how great Omaha is and absolutely reorder for years to come.
