“My only complaint is the parking lot bc it's not the easiest or most convenient to get in and out of. It's in one way and out the other, and when you're pulling out onto Saddlecreek, it can be difficult to see the oncoming cars bc they fly around the corner.”
“We live miles from any post office and this HyVee store takes my packages that don’t fit into the tiny opening on blue boxes. Farther out South West Omaha needs a post office! They’re moving the Elkhorn one farther away to Maple Street!”
“They took care of my package at this location after I was refused service at the post office on 6012 N 102nd st. The lady at that other location was new, she did know what to do so she got a supervisor for assistance, whom refused to help me and refused service with way too many excuses to mention. It was almost closing time but I was already in line with 10 other customers behind me, so he seemed adamant in making me leave so that he doesn't have to do any work that he really didn't want to do in the first place. The only good viable and useful help he gave was to go to Hy-Vee. The postal service at Hy-Vee is friendly, professional, knowledgeable in their job, something that the post office at 102nd st extensively lacks. From now on, I'm coming to Hy-Vee.”

“I had a small package to mail today and swung in here to do that. Richard, Clerk 41, was extremely pleasant and helpful. He was the only one working the counter when I walked in. I only had to wait for him to finish up with the customer he was currently assisting and BAM! just like that it was my turn. Richard seemed to be genuinely happy providing incredible customer service. He made my day!”
“Almost every day I go to the USPS post office located on 24th Street in front of Walgreens. I am very grateful to the lady who speaks Spanish. She is very helpful to the entire Latino community and all of us who do not speak English. Thank you for the service you provide us.”
“I was at this location at 2:20 today. There were a few customers ahead of me, all with loads of things to send out. The gentleman at the window was extremely pleasant with everyone, getting their needs taken care of with a perfect combination of speed and kindness. While working, he told a gentle joke to each person, never failing to smile. It seemed like he was in his happy place.
For as long as the line was, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I was impressed with the speed of the gentlemen, his attitude, and they had exactly the stamps I was hoping to get. Very pleased with this location and employee.”

“Considering the amount of traffic the USPS employees see on a daily basis... I have nothing but gratitude for Tim, Terri, Frank and the other employees that are working in the back. (That we don't see) So many people are so quick to get upset over such trivial situations that they've had with the USPS, and it makes me sick!!! Try putting yourselves in their shoes. I couldn't do what they do, or put up with all the ignorant customers they deal with EVERY DAY!!! If you're not happy with the USPS.... Go elsewhere. “This Hy-Vee is right by my apartment. It almost always has exactly what I want. I think Oasis hummus is the one thing they don't carry. They have a post office. It has convenient hours. The staff are friendly and helpful. They're clean. It's easy to find things. They used to have dry-cleaning. The only drawback is they tend to be busier / more crowded and it seems more difficult to get out of the parking lot with traffic but you figure it out and get used to it.”

“I know what you're thinking Hy-Vee is for groceries. 3 completely different events I attended and these are the flowers that they had from this particular hy-vee. THEY ARE PERFECTION!!! The floral team there is very knowledgeable and friendly. Their wedding guru/floral manager is great. Fun, friendly and creative- I'd say to let her create something and go from there. This location is one of the best places to get flower!!!”

“This is my favorite post office to go to. The counter staff are great - they're friendly, fast, knowledgeable, funny - even when it's a busy season and there's no way to keep up with the volume. I haven't had a bad experience here yet. It's surprising to see any negative reviews, but it looks like some are misdirected.It always amazes me how many customers and staff here are on a first name basis with each other, and talk about recent things in Elkhorn. Like, I'm actually jealous of that.If I could use USPS for everything in my home business, I'd be here 6 days a week. Best PO in the area! ?”
“Front Clerk Lita at the Post Office on 11th & Pacific is the Best Clerk You'll Ever Meet. *She Always Goes Above & Beyond to Take Care of Her Customers in Line. I've been a PO Box customer & a Regular Customer on 11th & Pacific for 20+ Years, and 1. Every single time I either don't have my PO Box key with me Lita Gratefully gets my mail for me when needed. 2. If a package that arrived at the facility more than a day ago (close to 2 days) due to the FedEx/UPS Tracking #s, Lita Gratefully goes back to search for it & finds it if it wasn't in my PO Box. 3. ***Lita is always a Happy Camper at her job & Lita is a Definite Keeper!P.S. Lita deserves a 5+++++ Rating Score!P.S. Other Front Clerks, 1 in particular, complain that those 2 scenarios above isn't their job to do & kick me/you, the customer(s) to the curve.”
“I called here this morning to request possibly pulling a package that I needed ASAP for my Grandma's 95th birthday. They said they get so many requests for this daily that they can't always accommodate. However they retrieved it, pulled it out of the mail, and allowed me to come pick it up. It's the little things, but MADE MY DAY! Thank you for the great customer service!”
“I just stopped in the Boys Town post office yesterday and as always all the employees were super pleasant and friendly. There was no line when I was in there but in the past the lines always run fast. There is something about this post office where everyone there employees and guests are almost always in a good mood maybe the clients understand the history and significance of Boys Town and feel something special being there, maybe.”
“If there are issues with the USPS staff, service etc you can blame your postmaster DeJoy. He has severely reduced staffing. In areas that require 6-8 people we now have only 2. Folks that are retiring he isn't replacing. Folks are working 12, 14 and 16 hour shifts to try and get the mail out. He isn't qualified for this position. He never worked at the usps. He's only in this position because he contributed hugely to the Trump campaign. Complain to your congress people & remove him. Otherwise this will continue until he completely destroys the USPS.”
