“In July 2026 Parking Area Maintenance did a very nice job renovating the parking lot at Waterloo United Methodist Church in Waterloo, Nebraska. It had been many years since work had been done on the lot and it was in rough shape. Mike H. evaluated the lot and made recommendations for necessary repairs. Services provided were milling of areas to receive new asphalt, entire lot sealcoating, crack filling and paint striping. All services were done in a professional, workman-like manner. Tabitha S. scheduled each of the steps and communicated in advance the specific timeline of the work to be done, as well as coordinating availability of the lot. Superintendent Paul S. was on-site to oversee the entire process and manage his expert crew. We are very satisfied with the work that was done and will recommend Parking Area Maintenance to others.
