“I've worked in a warehouse for the past 18 years. Old Dominion delivers maybe 3-4 times a month. I've always had good service with them. Even with freight claim situations. Today 10/28/22 will go down in infamy. We received 3 pallets of tube heaters. Shipped from Georgia to Lincoln. Pallets were 10 foot long, 50 inches wide, each carrying 10 tube heaters. 49 pcs total. This is one the loads I dread every year as we stock up for winter. (*this comment does not reflect on Old Dominion but past carriers)* Usually every year when we receive this product most of the pallets are half ripped apart and the stacks are slumping over. To understand what a headache this is, every box is 10 foot long 1 foot in height and can weigh up to 200 lbs. It can be a real b****** to move and unload. Today was different. I walked into the OD trailer and saw our load was IMMACULATE!! No splintered broken pallets, all straps were intact. Even the shrink wrap was going strong. I thanked the driver who was cool AF over and over. It brought a huge smile to my face. I appreciate it and my job appreciates it. You saved us a lot of time and profanities.”

“We had a live animal (reptile) package get stuck at this distribution hub which would not have survived the weekend. Support gave us the runaround, then finally put us in contact with the night staff at this facility. The staff here went far above and beyond, dug through containers until they found our package, and let us pick it up at 10pm on Friday night. I am so impressed and so grateful for their care and dedication. Our new pet is alive and well!”

“This place is the absolute BEST for all your shipping needs whether it be UPS dropoff, the US postal service or FedEx. You can also pay to ship with all three and they will give you a price compare for each one when you are looking for the best price. They have I think 2 pick ups for each service a day and the people who now own this place, the original owner probably deserved a much needed break from the industry let's face it, it's a stressful and customer service HEAVY choice, he was an amazing guy always ready to give a smile and I admit I miss him a lot. The new owners are also wonderful and are great at everything he did as well. Give this place a try you won't be disappointed they are the most accurate place in all southwest Omaha in my opinion and I do $#;@LOAD of shipping lol”

“I have had the pleasure of using this location about weekly for the past couple of months and it seems that no matter what time I came in, Krystal and Alex were working. I also noticed a trend that people seem to show up by the masses and then leave all at the same time. As I left, Alex wished me a nice day and began cleaning counters. As I sit in my car and write this review, Krystal is currently cleaning the windows, because no patrons are inside. There are certain character traits of employees that you cannot train. You cannot train someone to care as if they own the business. These two individuals exemplify that X Factor.There are so many unknowns when coming to a UPS store. You have no idea how much something is going to cost or how long it is going to take to get there. What you do know, is that you've already paid for an item with your hard earned money, and now you're adding to that cost to get it to where it needs to be. Having individuals review all the options with you patiently allows you to make a good decision and feel comfortable. Your item is in good hands and will arrive timely to the destination. I want to close with my appreciation for how speedily they do their job. You do not feel rushed with your decision making however, somehow they get through a line of people so quickly it's impressive. Thanks!”

“FedEx is more than just a shipping store. As the name implies you can do a great deal of printing at this location as well. I only needed a few copies and the counter help was exceptionally helpful, took me right to the machine showed me how it worked, and I was out of there in less than five minutes. The good news is that for the number of copies that I made the price was a good value, and in light of Covid restrictions you can pay right at the machine with a credit card instead of having to wait on another line at the counter. Services at this location include anything you would need for office support including workstations. Located at the corner of Dodge and 72nd St. they are in the heart of Omaha with easy access and free parking. I suggest you check this place out should you need any printing, copying, or shipping support.”

“Visited this FedEx place to use the color copier machine and also had the opportunity to use the drawing table that acts as a paper trim-cutter. The fees are reasonable for color copies. they only need a flash drive, but you can also access files by internet sites such as Dropbox or using uploaded files through other various sources. There is no need to locate a desktop computer these days. The business also sells motivational books and popular office supplies. The employees are quick to help, if needed, but the majority of things are self-managed and paid by your credit card. The process takes minutes to complete and available parking ample throughout the strip mall location.”
