I called with questions about buying loose leaf tobacco for rolling my own cigarettes, after having a bad experience somewhere else. staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, I left in under 10 minutes feeling very confident and appreciated as a customer! definitely recommend them for first time cigarette rollers
