“I don't know much about cigars, but this was a very nice shop that you could smell before you even got to the front doors. There was football on tv. The customer service was perfect. So glad my friend recommended this place. And there's that fun Cabin Sports Bar and Grill next door too. Parking can be a little cramped so watch out. Must be because these places are popular (for good reason).”

“1st time in this place. Small humidor, however, they have some very nice smokes. The aroma of the ones I bought, are out of this world. Very nice. And... They have a nice selection of 'Barber Pole' cigars, if that's your thing.Very friendly staff and even the clientele is friendly. “I've been a regular at x-hale hookah for over 3 years. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, and the hookah that they serve in lounge is always made perfect and consistent every time. They also use a stainless steel mesh on top of the bowl to manage the heat and deliver a smooth long lasting session. The seatings are very comfortable, they have TVs and music playing in the background, it def provides you with perfect vibe in a traditional hookah lounge. If you get the chance to visit x-hale make sure to check out their retail floor, they have very interesting products that you won't find anywhere else in town. By far they have the largest hookah retail and accessories that you would find in town. I highly recommend this place, it's def worth checking out.”

“Decently priced Kratom, an assortment of glass and good price on whip. Only limitation right now is that they fall mid range for Omaha Kratom prices (I haven't tried the product they chose to carry so unsure if it's worth the price point) and the location is a little awkward to find. This as well as the fact that they aren't using a loyalty program like other other local glass shops have are the reasons why I can't go full 5* but the guy was nice and helpful today, so I imagine I will return occasionally and eventually discover a reason to fine tune my rating.”
