I have to give kudos to Thrifty for my recent experience with them in Omaha. Very quick and friendly service picking my car up and quick help with handling an issue with the car including a refund for a portion of the charges due to the issue with the key fob. Very happy with my service and I will definitely be renting with them again.

I rented a car from here for a military trip I took to the base. When returning the vehicle, I accidentally left my wallet in the vehicle. I realized it was missing before leaving the garage and actually saw them driving it down to the service center. I immediately let the garage attendant for thrifty know my wallet was still in the vehicle. She called down to the service center and they found and returned my wallet. I had $185 in my wallet when it went down and in the 7 minutes it took for my wallet to be returned, someone had stolen the money. As easy as it should have been to find my money, everyone at Thrifty covered it up and lied. This is the most untrustworthy business I’ve ever dealt with. Not a single person made an attempt to find my money. It was an absolutely ridiculous situation and I will NEVER be renting from Thrifty again. Thieves!

I would not rent a car from here, the things they put online about unlimited milage is very misleading. The person I discussed this with at the counter could have cared less and their customer service was so unhelpful. Make sure you read all the fine print and if you buy from a third party sight, make sure you check at thrifty's actual website to confirm things.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I rented a car with thrifty through Priceline. Priceline told me to pay my remaining balance upon pick up of the car. Thrifty put a hold on my card, saying it would be removed when the car was returned. When I returned it, they charged me the full amount of the rental.Now I am trying to dispute it with thrifty, Priceline, and my credit card. Priceline and Capital One are doing what they can, but neither of them can get direct answers from thrifty.All in all, terrible customer service, horrible people at their airport counters, and just a shady company. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT RENT FROM THRIFTY.

Charges were added to my bill that I didn't request. I have rented from Eppley Airfield rental car suppliers multiple times. This will be the 1st and last time with Thrifty if this is how they do business.I didn't ask for fuel to be added to my account. The representative basically decided that because she "explained" that it is $3.29/per gallon that I "accepted" the additional charges. I haven't requested anything concerning fuel with Thrifty, Dollar, Hertz or Alamo or any of the other Rental companies at Eppley.I would suggest all future auto renters try renting from an alternative company. Also ask for an explanation of the fee's before you sign your initials. Since you don't have the ability to see the screen to which they are capable of adding additional charges without your knowledgeable consent.Maybe Thrifty should hire honest employees. Ones that don't believe it's right to add additional charges to a customer's account without the customer knowing. Especially since all the prices aren't explained before you have to initial on the keypad.HASHEM is righteous and knows all the deeds that are done. Whether they are good or bad.Shalom and Respect

Car was 100$ more than reservation estimated cost didn’t think anything big of it. Then when I return the car a day early. The following morning they charged my card additional 300$. Called the 402 number no one answer called the 800 number they couldn’t tell me why, they couldn’t provide me with a receipt, and couldn’t even see the additional charge. This company is fraudulent and you should rent from some where else.

A horrible experience and customer service behind it.I was out of town and had selected a rental car company based off of a few decent reviews that made their way to the top of the page and I wish I hadn’t.Not only was I charged additional fees that were never disclosed to me, but I was also told that I was required to have insurance on the rental vehicle through the company instead of just my own insurance which does cover if I drive a rental. The additional fees post pre booking of the vehicle on Orbitz cost an additional 200 dollars.When I finally got in contact with the customer service team, they made me wait days before I had to call again where I was told that because I signed a contract agreeing to pay for the services that I was being provided I was out of luck.I expressed that no where in the contract did it state that the insurance wasn’t required, but their customer service agent did. Because of that, I signed the contract knowing I was paying for what was told to me was a required fee.They said they understood and that it was not right of the agent but then told me again that I was out of luck.

They are known as ARS(Auto Rental Services) LLC -Molly Flodman. HERTZ, DOLLAR, THRIFTY in the Omaha Eppley Airport are all owned by an LLC the HERTZ is not corporate. The cars are unsanitary you may find old contracts, others belongings and trash. The employees are rude and drug heads. Rachel will cuss you out after you return your car and its ok because she will be at the return gate. Molly husband sniffs all day so you already know what time it is. They are giving illegal temporary plates to customers for vehicles. Rentals normally dont have temp plates. Do not rent from them save yourself the hassel.

Rented a Car through Thrifty for a trip to North Carolina. We took a small Toll road that only mailed to the customer the toll charge (couldn’t pay online or cash) The total toll fee was $3.25. I received a bill from thrifty for $63.25It should be against the law to charge that! Please avoid

Seamless. Fast paperwork and into the car in minutes. I'm not a member of their club either. Check back in was great too. The car was ok, no surprises.

They charged me anupgrade fee of $40 for a car I did not take. I realized that they upgraded my car because of the SUV’s and trucks they were letting me pick from.I immediately went back inside to the counter to let them know I didn’t want the upgrade I just wanted the small vehicle I originally booked ,the representative told me that he couldn’t change anything on the system since he had already processed everything the only way it would get fixed was by me leaving the building with the car I originally booked, so I left with the small car but I still got charged the $40 upgrade after returning the car. I have called at least 10 times I’ve been hung up on 2 times and all the other times all they did was set a call back from a supervisor that takes 24 hours to receive a call from and nobody calls back! 1 Representative said he can see on his end that I did take a small car and that they should be able to refund me the $40 but that a supervisor has to approve it first but nobody seems to know what to do and I can’t get this resolved.

This company is too expensive and the cars are not that worthy. I picked my car at 12:30 and returned next day 3:13 and they charged me 468 dollars. That was just a day and hours that's insane. I told the guy at the front desk and he told me it is what it is. I personally think this is not a good company to rent to. One time and the last one!!!
