The car was stained, dirty , disgusting and horn did not work. Reserved a Murano or similar and got a tiny Hyundai Venu. It made our vacation unpleasant amd uncomfortable.

Thank you to Isiah and Lacy for helping us out when we arrived at the airport from New Zealand and ran into some issues. Both went the extra mile to ensure we could book a car, even though we couldn't do it with Thrifty. Appreciate your time, amazing service and customer care. 🙏
