Tom James Company provides fantastic clothes and tremendous customer service. Consultants know client sizes, likes, and entire wardrobes. They are never pushy and do not try to sell unwanted items. They listen to needs, provide great options, and offer constructive suggestions. Consultants accommodate special requests and introduce new things clients might like. The service includes both professional and casual options for men and women, with custom shirts, pants, and suits. The experience is consistently excellent and customer centric, with consultants visiting offices for convenience.
The clothes are fantastic, but the real reason I've been a customer for a decade is Steve Oberdin. Steve provides tremendous customer service, listening to my clothing needs and then providing me with great options. He has never been pushy or tried to 'sell me' on something I don't want.

My Tom James Consultant knows my sizes, knows my likes and preferences, and keeps an inventory of everything I own. He calls me when new things are introduced that I might like, but never tries to sell me on anything. My entire wardrobe is Tom James.
