“I usually have trouble hinging things i like here but one worker came up to me and informed me of the buy one get one 50% off deal. she also showed me a shirt she had purchased herself, she was super helpful in making sure i got it, whether is was the last one in the store or if i had it mailed to my house with free shipping. all the workers made the experience so enjoyable i actually came back to purchase more items because it was such a welcoming environment. i believe the worker who helped me name was ashley ,she was amazing along with all the workers there!!”

“Store Manager Adam has been delightful to work with! I was looking for one particular pair of shoes at his location which he didn't have and they were sold out online. I got ahold of one of the KC stores where I met other store manager Damien (who was also incredible) who had the shoes! He partnered and worked with Adam to get these shoes shipped here so I wouldnt have to drive over 3 hours to get them. Adam has been beyond attentive, and has been keeping me filled in on shipping, to make sure I dont drive across town before they're here. I couldn't be more greatful for the professionalism and next level of customer service Adam has shown. I said the same thing about Damien, but its true for Adam as well, you expect this level of service when purchasing a home or expensive vehicle, not a pair of shoes that is less than $50, yet I'm walking away from this experience feeling like I walked off the red carpet. Both team members should be recognized and should be considered for promotions and/or greater pay compensation.”

They're helpful and knowledgeable, and overall the HT frequent shopper program treats me better as a customer than most other brands. I've visited 5 or 6 HT locations in 2025 and while they're all a bit unique they've all been good to shop at. Don't always expect fitting rooms, sometimes they use them for backstock instead.”
