Tom Kelley's Bowling Pro Shop is one of the largest and most complete pro shops in America, serving the greater Omaha, Nebraska area since 1980. It has additional sites in Columbus and Norfolk. The shop stocks an extensive inventory, with over 250 different bowling balls on display, over 200 styles of bags, all major brands of accessories, and a large selection of bowling shoes.
The shop is commended for its professional staff, described as nice, knowledgeable, helpful, and second to none. They greet customers right away and are known for handling business with integrity. Staff take time to ensure a proper fit and perform quality drilling work, including fingertip hole drilling and the installation of finger inserts and thumb slugs. They help put together package deals at good prices, offer helpful technical information, and find comparable balls when needed. They welcome everyone, from league bowlers to complete beginners, making them feel like family and even providing instruction. The business is considered an Omaha treasure, with generations of customers. The new location looks great, and customers look forward to continuing their support.
This is the second time coming into the shop and I appreciate how everyone is always ready to help you. They want you to get the most out of your purchase and are there ready to assist. Excellent products, customer service, attention to detail. Love my new ball!
