I had an amazing experience once again with the staff here. I needed a new pair of bowling shoes and they were extremely helpful in ordering the exact pair I wanted. They had them ready for me to pick up within just three days, which was fantastic. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend this shop for all your bowling needs. The staff were polite, down to earth and made my shopping experience a pleasure like always.

My husband and I originally went in just for shoes as we don't like using the rental ones. While there, the customer service we received was top notch, although we were the only ones in the store, and they informed us about the different packages they offer which include shoes, a ball, a bag and then an accessory depending on the package. We decided to pass on the package at the time and they told us if we come back within 30 days with our receipt, we could still do the package. A week later we were back to do the package deal and the customer service was even better and the place was packed! Very knowledgeable staff that were able to answer all our questions and find us each the right ball for our beginner status. Very happy to support such a great local business.

Super friendly help. Dealt with a few people and all were very helpful. Listened to how I throw and showed me which route to go. Not one trying to up sell. If you're in the market for bowling gear, this is the place to go!

Where do I start. The staff is great, super helpful, and super nice. Wouldn't buy a ball anywhere else. Also they have tried some different stuff with myself and my game and had improved it substantially. 10 out of 10.

Love this place, their leagues in the summer, bowling against most of you in tournaments lol. All around 5/5 if that’s as many stars as I can give, thank you for all the help over the years! Getting a 16lb ball this weekend, I’ll call tomorrow to see what’s available :)

Anyone looking to get into bowling or seasoned bowlers Tom Kelly's Bowling Pro Shop is the absolute best place to spend you money. The entire staff goes above and beyond to get the customer what they need, with your experience and value as their top priority. My personal experience has been amazing EVERY time I go there. They have earned every ounce of customer loyalty from our community. They stood behind their sale and the warranty, even when the manufacture would not. BEST SHOP EVER!!!

Tom Kelley’s always does exceptional work and provides great customer service that wants to make your game better. Donny drilled my black widow hybrid and numerous other balls. I wouldn’t have been able to shoot my first 300 without everybody’s help. Thanks to the entire crew for all you guys do!

I think I’m in love with the Revenant and haven’t finished a game yet, Fit is perfect, the ball has amazing shape, enters pocket at such a good angle and wowza it hits hard, no doubt that ball is getting to the pocket, thanks for yet another great job setting up and drilling my new Revenant. I really do appreciate what you do for me. Tom actually takes time and discusses ball selection and what’s going to work best for me, he puts up with my waffling and is patient until I make a final decision, this is why he drills all my equipment.

Tom Kelly’s is easily the best place in Nebraska to buy any of bowling necessities. I’ve bought 3 balls (so far) bags, shoes, towels, and so much more. Tom and his team are so helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks again for everything you guys do!

This is a great place to go to if you need bowling supplies. The staff there is super friendly and helpful. They help me pick out a ball, measure my hand for the ball and helped me pick out a bag. I already had shoes. They even donated my old ball to someone in need! Great work!!! I’ll definitely come back if I need re measurements or adjustments!!!!

You could not ask for a better place to get your bowling needs met! The entire family/staff that runs this place is amazing beyond words and they are so kind/helpful to anyone, regardless of your knowledge of bowling. When my family went in recently we were not sure what questions to ask or what we should look for, but they were so knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way. There is no other place in Nebraska I would send anyone to for bowling gear than Tom Kelley's.

Tom Kelleys has been amazing from the first time I came in, and that is still true with every visit that follows. With it being family owned, you'll find it much easier to bridge the gap with new equipment as you increase your skill level, they show that they truly care about their customers, and I highly recommended them to any bowler.
