Recently rented a 6x12 trailer to finish moving to the east coast. Requested a dolly in my online reservation. They didn't have a rental dolly available when I went to check in, so the manager sold me one off the shelf for the price of a rental (awesome!). Trailer itself worked great 👍

Customer friendly experience. Questions though: why is it up to us to guess the milage beforehand? Why not read the odometer when finished to get an accurate reading, esp if cost depends on it. Yes, I overestimated the miles.

I always use this location!! This is the 2nd time I’ve used U-Haul and ALL of their employees are very friendly and get to you in a timely manner. They explain the charges and go out of their way to make your moving experience run more smoothly!!
