Okay place to rent but they are understaffed and are very slow. For gods sake don’t come on a weekend. What should be a simple process to rent a trailer they’ll burn 45 mins of your time.

Their employees steal your data, managers do nothing. I have police reports to prove this claim. Next is a lawsuit. Thanks guys. Good to know when a data breach occurs you care not one bit.

The staff is always polite and friendly. I had a nice box truck that ran great. However, the self check-in system was not working. I was anxious to try it for the first time.

From start to finish the experience with this company has been the worst I have ever seen of any business. There lack of informative and educated employees caused damages to my vehicle on top of breaking down on the road. If you are planning to do business with anyone go with Penske or another mover it’s worth every extra dollar you pay. They mis strapped my vehicle, put me in an old broken down U-Haul, set me up in a moldy hotel and find every way to get away with not paying for fees and damages they caused.

They gave us the wrong contract at the first location and then charged us fees because they said we didn't fill up the tank enough. If you ask me, U-haul should have had some accountability for giving us the wrong contract, because we made every effort and followed the instructions on what we were given. Very unhappy how held us accountable for the mistake THEY made.

This was a combination of the app and the location. They were very helpful for picking it up but for drop off not so much. The app was down and so I was instructed to leave the keys in it. At 5 that night the app had it as me still having it so I called after being on hold for half an hour they said they would take care of it but the next morning it still hadn’t been. I had to message the location to get it taken care of.

Edit: U-Haul reached out and apparently they sad some system issues and had to shut down the phone services

Recently used this location for a truck and boxes to help my daughter moveEd, Meagan , and Gary were friendly professional and made sure i had every thing that i needed. I would recommend the Maple location to friends and family and will be returning here for any of my moving needs.

Called and got a person whom says "Uhaul Moving and storage, please hold..." *Click* line disconnects. Ok... I called back. Same greeting followed by a disconnect again. Aaand again...Once, ok probably a mistake, second... hmmm, but 3rd and 4th time? I'm not sure if the person doesn't want to be at work or what, but when he tells people to hold, the line is immediately disconnected.??♀️

Rented a 2 wheel vehicle dolly. They had some issues with getting me checked out and with the trailer, but got them resolved. Trailer return was slower than it should have been. I like the hours of this location, but the staff is moving towards a lack luster performance.

Hands down the best service I’ve ever received at a Uhaul! I ordered a bunch of moving supplies online and the staff inside was super friendly and gathered it for me on a cart to bring to my car. The gentleman outside who was responsible for truck rentals even came over to help us load the supplies in our car. I didn’t catch his name but he was amazing, friendly and helpful! Best uhaul staff in town!
