This placed has bailed us out of a lot in the last two weeks with tows a car broken down three hours away and then towing back and now again to pick up the vehicle and rent the tow again. Really good customer service and support both times !! Highly recommended this location and business!!

Riccardo and his team were amazing helping me out! Had to cancel my first reservation and instead having me do it myself, his team did it after they had Closed to assure for me getting a trailer! Now that’s customer service!! Highly recommend for all your moving or hauling needs!!

Rented a pickup here. First, the truck smelled like marijuana, I found out from an employee that the truck had recently been impounded, I later found a plastic joint mouthpiece in the passenger door. Then I couldn't figure out why there were so many flies in the truck until I found a Starbucks cup under the passenger seat with a bit of a juice drink and dead flies inside it. So they obviously didn't even attempt cleaning the truck after it was impounded. Then when I returned the truck they accidentally charged me $1380 for someone else's rental and when I called three days in a row to get it fixed the manager couldn't bother to call me back, he just had an employee pass onto me that it would take 3-5 days to get my refund. I finally got my refund on the fifth day... Poor management

This location was one of the biggest locations I've seen in a longtime. and so organized. You knew exactly where to drop off the truck and the service for checking the equipment back in was seamless.
