Sadly a young girl who was working there was sitting on the counter and had to hop down to help me. The younger man was trainer her and she rolled her eyes when he was directing her. She said “I don’t want to” when he said she had to help me. The younger girl was very disrespectful and not cooperative with him. I asked to talk to a manager, who basically dismissed her behavior ( I’m assuming it was her daughter by her reaction) so very disappointed in this location. I would be hesitant to trust their services considering the disregard for the situation.

ariella was so helpful and down to earth! i had three boxes shipping internationally and she was super patient going through them with me. thanks girl! <3
visited again for another shipment. steph and ariella helped me out with some issues from last time and were super lovely!

By far the worst store here in town. Oh my God. On four different occasions I have the wrong packaging for my return. Forced to buy their box. After contacting several different occasions and asking about this problem, they all told me that that was not how it worked. So what these guys are doing is they're telling you that you can't use your box since you're already there and your time is money. Guess what you're gonna buy the box. They're even selling the tape.

Always have plenty of people working. Quick and efficient. My only complaint is the fragrant air freshener as it gives me a headache.

I had a fantastic experience working with Zameer at UPS! He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He understood exactly what I needed without me having to explain everything in detail, and he offered the best solution right away. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer service—Zameer definitely does. Highly recommend working with him!

Package wasn’t delivered on time. I paid for a delivery on Tuesday (5/6) instead it got delivered on (5/7). The price difference was 50% between those two days

I will never visit this location again. I went in to mail something, and I’ve never mailed anything from a store before, so I didn’t know how it worked. I told them I wasn’t sure how it worked, and the woman at the counter was talking to me like I was stupid, and like I should already know how it worked. She was very rude and passive aggressive as I was asking questions. During this encounter, the other lady behind the counter is making comments “you’ve never mailed anything in your life”?!?! Like she was shocked. Then proceeded to tell the other lady “don’t they teach that in school” “I guess they don’t anymore”. Awful behavior, and no way to talk to a customer just because of inexperience and confusion. I also never responded to the rude comments btw.

I just had a horrible encounter with one of the associates at this location. I had a question about the sticker and she was so rude and condescending, I finally asked “are you okay?” Because of how horribly she was speaking to me. She slammed her hands on the counter and yelled “IM NOT DEALING WITH THIS” and stormed off. This is my local store that I always go to, and now I am very uncomfortable going in there. She was borderline hostile towards me

The store has been horrible for years unfortunately it’s the closest to my house. I went into return four items on the same QR code when I got the email only one item showed as returned so I immediately went back in the store. They asked her did you scan all of these? She said no I tried telling her when I was in there these go on there too she would not listen completely rude. This is the worst UPS store in Omaha so then my QR code did not work. I had to take my three items back redo another return code horrible customer service. I will be taking my business to a different location. I’m done.

Sitting outside UPS store watching the employee inside not open the store - it’s 9:10 and they supposedly open at 9. How completely rude and unprofessional.
