the automated assistant won’t connect you to a human if you don’t have a tracking number. how are you supposed to get any assistance if you’ve lost the tracking number??

I have had the pleasure of using this location about weekly for the past couple of months and it seems that no matter what time I came in, Krystal and Alex were working. I also noticed a trend that people seem to show up by the masses and then leave all at the same time. As I left, Alex wished me a nice day and began cleaning counters. As I sit in my car and write this review, Krystal is currently cleaning the windows, because no patrons are inside. There are certain character traits of employees that you cannot train. You cannot train someone to care as if they own the business. These two individuals exemplify that X Factor.There are so many unknowns when coming to a UPS store. You have no idea how much something is going to cost or how long it is going to take to get there. What you do know, is that you've already paid for an item with your hard earned money, and now you're adding to that cost to get it to where it needs to be. Having individuals review all the options with you patiently allows you to make a good decision and feel comfortable. Your item is in good hands and will arrive timely to the destination. I want to close with my appreciation for how speedily they do their job. You do not feel rushed with your decision making however, somehow they get through a line of people so quickly it's impressive. Thanks!

I use this location often for Amazon returns. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and usually has me out of there in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend this location!

If I could give 1/2 a star I would. This particular location is poor in service, professionalism, accuracy and should not be in business. I recommend handling your shipping needs elsewhere. When I moved to Nebraska, I opened a box at this location and regret it! During the past few years, I have had several packages misplaced, lost, etc. In addition, on one occasion, I was actually given another individuals package by mistake and did not notice until I got home. In any case, I was able to return the package but because of the high turnover at this location, mistakes like this are common. Furthermore, the employees are rude and unprofessional but in terms of staffing, it is a revolving door. I was also told by staff that a few of the employees were caught stealing and had to be fired. As a customer, the stealing is extremely alarming. Unless they get a new staff and owner, I would suggest you handle your shipping needs elsewhere.

Just left the store and was disappointed to hear them refer to the customer that left before me as an a**hole for holding them accountable for the fact that none of the 3 staff was wearing masks in accordance with our city’s recently issued mask mandate. When the customer inquired they rolled their eyes at him and said they “forgot to bring them”, spoke rudely to him, and mocked him as he left. Wearing masks is a pain - I get it. However, I will never again do business someplace where customers are openly referred to with such disrespect. There are plenty of other places to ship a package…

The Manager Krystal, is exceptional at her job.She is knowledgeable, fast and efficient. She alwaysprovides service with a smile. She has been providing wonderful service to me long term and a joy to do business with. She's a keeper, and I am glad she continues to stay at this location and has not moved on, as many currently have in the retail industry..... Scott

Just had an very hostile conversation with the manager.. who made it clear she knew everything. I have an account which I have used for several years. First time I have seen other peoples orders (unwrapped.. and anyone could pick up to walk out the door) which were not processed. She was in the back..when she came out..she clearly had an " I know everything and will not listen" attitude and was not willing to check my account. The other employee helped me in the past and today also. Great customer service. I have been going to this store for several years..but have been noticing that I no longer stand in line to be helped.. guess she has drove off more than my business. Bill, the owner, wake up!

Poor customer service! Manager with an attitude! Certainly ran off this long term customer! ill find a new place to spend my money and to be treated with respect. Owner.. your manager is driving away business! Buyers.. go somewhere there is respect and great management! it is obvious, that it is poor management is having an impact on staff moral. staff turnover is clearly present!

The manager has quite an attitude. She knows everything and does not listen. After doing business there for several years.. I think I will find a new place to spend my money. In the past, there was waiting line to send package, now there is not a line. The employees look demoralized.. after dealing with the manager, I can understand. She has quite an attitude and a know it all edge. This is the second time I have dealt with her.. first time I thought she was having a bad day..but after today.. she does not change. Bill, you are losing business with your manager!

Went in to ship a package and the management explained that they charge double the cost that I found on UPS.com, “because that is how we make our money”. Please beware of this price gouging.
