Great Customer Service with Maddie. She always takes good care of me. Always smiling and polite. Only downside, it was so HOT in the building. Not sure how they make it thru the day.

I want my experience. The teller was very nice and professional. I needed to speak to the branch manager and Francisco was able to attend to my issues. He was also very professional and very helpful. Thank Francisco for your help. I wish there were more Francisco's in our USBanks in Council Bluffs.
